Rule of thumb
Count the people in your home, multiply by 20Mbps, then add 20Mbps for smart devices and cameras. A family of four lands around 100Mbps. Not sure? Ask us — we'd rather put you on the right package than the expensive one.

The fibre networks we connect you on
We're an ISP, not a network builder. The fibre in your street belongs to a Fibre Network Operator (FNO), and we sell service across five of them. That's why the same 100Mbps costs a different amount depending on where you live.
Vumatel
South Africa's largest open-access fibre network, strong in Johannesburg and Cape Town suburbs. Packages from R529 to R1 249.
Openserve
Telkom's wholesale network, with the widest national footprint, including smaller towns other FNOs skip. Packages from R514 to R1 459.
Frogfoot
Known for symmetrical speeds and the Frogfoot Air product for areas without trenched fibre. Packages from R479 to R1 289.
MetroFibre
Runs two product lines — NOVA and NEXUS — with strong coverage in Gauteng estates and complexes. Packages from R514 to R1 204.

Coverage
Fibre coverage across South Africa

Gauteng
We connect homes across Sandton, Bryanston, Fourways, Randburg, Midrand, Roodepoort, Bedfordview, Boksburg and Benoni, plus Centurion, Pretoria East, Menlyn, Faerie Glen and Waterkloof. If you're near Sandton City, Menlyn Maine or the Union Buildings, there's a good chance more than one network reaches you — which usually means a better price.
Western Cape
Cape Town CBD, Sea Point, Green Point, Claremont, Rondebosch, Table View, Milnerton, Durbanville, Bellville and Somerset West are well covered. Anywhere in the City Bowl under Table Mountain, or out toward the V&A Waterfront, typically has at least two networks competing.
KwaZulu-Natal
Umhlanga, Durban North, Ballito, Westville, Hillcrest, Kloof and the Berea. If Gateway Theatre of Shopping or Moses Mabhida Stadium is your local landmark, check your address — coverage in these suburbs has grown fast.

Video calls that hold, cloud apps that don't spin, VPN sessions that stay up. Pick a symmetrical package if you upload as much as you download — your colleagues will notice the difference in call quality before you do.
Streaming
Netflix, Showmax, Disney+, DStv Stream and YouTube in HD and 4K, on more than one screen, without the buffering wheel. A 4K stream needs roughly 25Mbps on its own, so count your screens.

Monthly prices on this page include VAT and exclude any once-off installation or activation fee charged by the network operator.

Most packages have no once-off fee at all. Openserve, Vuma, Frogfoot and Evotel's standard range currently carry no installation or activation charge.

Evotel Evo Pulse (10/10 and 20/20) carries an installation fee of R100 on month-to-month. Choose 12 months and it drops to R10.5; choose 24 months and it drops to R6.

MetroFibre NOVA and NEXUS carry an activation fee that scales with your term — from R300.3 to R866.25 on month-to-month, reducing sharply on 12- and 24-month terms.

Frogfoot promotion: Frogfoot currently waives the connection fee in most areas. Your order is processed as free. If the network operator does invoice us the R1725 (incl. VAT) connection fee for your address, it gets passed to your account, and we'll send you written proof of the invoice. On a 12- or 24-month term it's spread across your monthly bill. The fee is non-refundable once charged.

WIRUlink home fibre runs from R325 per month for a 10/10Mbps Evotel Evo Pulse line to R1 459 per month for 500/250Mbps on Openserve. Most families land between R598 and R939 for something in the 50–100Mbps range. All prices include VAT and a router.
Yes. Every home fibre package on this page is uncapped and unshaped — no monthly data limit and no throttling of particular traffic types. Normal Acceptable Use and Fair Use Policy terms apply, and pricing assumes single-home use for up to five users.
Use the coverage checker. It looks up your exact street address against all six networks and shows what you can order. Coverage differs street to street, so a neighbour's answer isn't necessarily yours.
Vumatel, Openserve, Frogfoot, MetroFibre, Evotel and Open Fibre. Which ones you can choose from depends entirely on your address.
Around 100Mbps handles four people comfortably — multiple HD or 4K streams, video calls and gaming at once. Two people can get by on 50Mbps. A single person browsing and streaming on one screen is fine on 20–30Mbps.
Uncapped means no monthly data limit. Unshaped means we don't slow down specific traffic types, so streaming, gaming, torrents and video calls all get the same treatment. You want both, and every package here has both.
A Wi-Fi router is included with your service at no extra monthly charge. It's a rental unit that stays WIRUlink property and must come back to us in working order when you cancel, or a replacement fee applies. Evotel Evo Pulse and Frogfoot Air packages don't need a separate router — Wi-Fi is built into the ONT.
Yes. Almost every package offers a month-to-month option alongside 12- and 24-month terms. The exception is Frogfoot Air 25/10, which is 24 months only. Longer terms reduce once-off activation fees where those apply.
It depends on your network and whether fibre already runs past your property. Where the infrastructure is in place, it's usually quick. Where a new trench or pole run is needed, it takes longer.
Yes, with one month's notice, as long as the package you want is available on your network. Upgrades usually don't need a new installation.
Yes. Fibre gives you low, consistent latency, which matters more for competitive gaming than headline download speed. A symmetrical package also keeps your upload clean if you stream while you play.
Your ONT and router need power. A small UPS or inverter keeping both alive costs a lot less than you'd think and keeps the line up. Whether the network operator's own equipment stays powered varies by area and provider.

They're two separate MetroFibre network products serving different areas and estates. Pricing is identical at matching speeds — which one you get depends on your address.
Most packages have no once-off installation or activation fee. Evotel Evo Pulse and MetroFibre packages do carry fees that shrink significantly on 12- and 24-month terms. Full breakdown is in the "What You Pay Upfront" section above.

Terms and conditions — please read carefully.
- Available in select Vumatel, Openserve, MetroFibre, Frogfoot and Evotel fibred neighbourhoods only.
- Onsite router and device configuration is not included.
- Available in select areas across South Africa, including Gauteng, Durban, Cape Town and surrounding suburbs.
- Subject to our Acceptable Usage and Fair Usage Policy (AUP/FUP).
- Pricing includes VAT and excludes the once-off provider installation and activation fee.
- On 12- or 24-month terms, the connection fee portion falls away from month 13 or month 25.
- Pricing may change with or without prior notice.
- Upgrades and downgrades require one month's notice.
- Service and pricing are based on single-home use for up to 5 users.
- The Wi-Fi router supplied with your service is a rental unit provided to enable your connection. It remains the sole property of WIRUlink in perpetuity, regardless of contract term. The device must be returned to WIRUlink in good working order when the service is cancelled or terminated, failing which a device replacement fee is charged.
- Evotel Evo Pulse and Frogfoot Air are available in limited areas. Wi-Fi coverage is provided by the built-in ONT. You may add your own router to extend coverage.
