Search the address
Type the street address and press the button. We place a first pin at the best match Google returns for that address.
Enter your address or coordinates below to see if our fibre and wireless network reaches you.
Search your address or enter coordinates, then drag the pin until it sits on the exact building that needs the line. The more accurate the pin, the more accurate your answer.
Choose how you want to place the pin. Nothing moves on the map until you press the button.
Type at least 6 characters and pick your address from the list, or press the button to search what you typed.
Decimal degrees only. You can paste a full pair such as -26.107500, 28.056900 into the latitude box.
Add your Google Maps API key to load the map. You can still enter latitude and longitude on the Coordinates tab and run the check.

Here is what the networks report for the pin you placed. Availability is confirmed by the network before installation is scheduled.
Not the right spot? Drag the pin and run the check again. Results are tied to the exact coordinates shown above.
Fibre coverage is mapped building by building, not suburb by suburb. A pin dropped on the street outside your home can land on a different network boundary entirely.
Type the street address and press the button. We place a first pin at the best match Google returns for that address.
Switch to satellite view and move the pin onto the roof of the building being connected. The yellow ring shows a 25 m radius, so you can see the margin you are working inside.
Once the pin is in place, the check button appears. We query every network partner against those coordinates and return what is live at that building.
Once you press check, the street address stops mattering. Every network partner answers against the coordinates under the pin, which is why the roof is the only place it belongs.
If your property has more than one building, place the pin on the one where the router will live.
Estates, complexes and new builds can be tricky to place. Send us the address and a consultant will confirm the exact coordinates with you.

Short answers to what people ask us most about placing the pin.
Address databases often point at the centre of a stand, an estate gate, or the nearest road node rather than your actual home. That is why the pin is draggable — move it onto the roof and the coordinates update instantly.
In Google Maps, long-press your roof on a phone or right-click it on a desktop, and the coordinates appear. Paste the pair straight into the latitude box on the Coordinates tab.
Network footprints end at real boundaries — a street corner, the far side of a park, the last pole in a build phase. Two houses metres apart can sit on opposite sides of one. Check that your pin is on your roof, then talk to us about planned builds in the area.
It confirms your building sits inside a network footprint. The network still runs a final feasibility check before the installation date is set, and we keep you updated through that step.
We log your coordinates against upcoming builds and let you know when a network reaches your street. Support is on hand 7/11, 365 days a year if you would rather ask a person.
