1) Complete a Coverage Check

Begin by doing a simple coverage check to see whether you have WIRUlink services available in your area.

Tip: Try to drop the pin on the roof of the house/building you are inquiring for. This will give a more accurate coverage result.

2) Choose Your Service

Great! You just completed the coverage check, now you can decide which WIRUlink service you’d like. Whether you're looking for wireless internet or fibre, we have options tailored for you.

Tip: If you need internet for multiple users or heavy usage, and fibre is available in your area, it's often the best choice. However, if you're in an area without fibre access or have lighter internet needs, wireless internet can be a more practical and cost-effective solution.

3) Choose Your Package

Now you can select the package that best suits your speed and pricing needs. WIRUlink has a variety of options available so that you can get fast internet without breaking the bank.

4) Choose Your Term

Choose the contract term that works best for your current financial situation. We offer flexible terms to suit your needs - the three options include Monthly, 12-Month or 24-Month contract terms.

  • Fibre Activation Fee: If you're opting for fibre, please note that there may be an activation fee charged by the fibre network you’re signing up for.
  • Lead Time: It typically takes 3-7 working days to complete your installation, depending on how many bookings our team has, weather conditions etc. We appreciate your patience as our expert team works hard to get you connected as soon as possible.
