By using this service, customers agree to specific terms including responsibility for their own data backups, password security, and ensuring software compatibility within the provided environment. WIRUlink manages the infrastructure, providing features like POP3 email, web hosting, and SSL certificates, but they are not liable for data loss, malware, or third-party breaches. Liability is strictly limited to one month’s service fee. Regarding domain names and SSL certificates, should a customer terminate their subscription, the final year’s fee will be billed before any transfer or cancellation occurs. A one-month written notice is required for any price amendments, package upgrades, or service terminations. While WIRUlink strives for stability, they may perform unscheduled maintenance and reserve the right to suspend accounts if they cause network degradation or legal issues. Support is limited strictly to WIRUlink’s own hosting infrastructure.
